When "Normal" Labs Lie
Your labs came back normal. You still don't feel like yourself. Both can be true, and this training walks through how.
It's 3:14 a.m. again. Your bloodwork says everything's fine, and you're lying there wondering when sleeping through the night became something you stopped expecting.
A lab result is information. It isn't always the whole explanation.
In this training:
- One result vs. the pattern. Why a single result is only one piece of information, and why understanding it means looking at the surrounding pattern and the person it belongs to.
- What your CBC holds beyond the total white count. The white blood cell differential (neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, basophils), worked through as a real teaching example of how the same flag can tell a different story.
- The three questions. What changed? When did it change? What changed with it? How asking them turns a stack of numbers into a clearer picture.
Who it's for: the woman who's still functioning, still showing up, and working harder at it than she used to.
What it isn't: a diagnosis. This training won't interpret your results. It shows you the kind of thinking that should go into them.
You’ll go straight to the training. Set aside 31 minutes to watch it now—you’ll want the full picture before deciding what your next step should be. You’ll also start receiving my emails, including my Tuesday and Friday letters. Unsubscribe anytime.
