By accessing this website, purchasing any product, booking services, or participating in programs offered by Dr. Trish Schneider, DNP, APRN (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or services.

1. Educational & Informational Purposes Only

All content, programs, guides, webinars, lab interpretation education, and services provided through this website are for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on this site or within any program constitutes:

  • Medical diagnosis

  • Medical treatment

  • Prescribing advice

  • A provider–patient relationship (unless separately established through formal psychiatric care under applicable state law)

Participation in coaching, courses, digital downloads, or the Deep Dive Case Review does not establish a medical provider–patient relationship.

Always consult your personal healthcare provider before making medical decisions.

is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your health decisions.

3. No Guarantees of Results

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, symptom resolution, or financial gains from participation in any program or service.

Results vary based on:

  • Individual health history

  • Compliance and implementation

  • Biological differences

  • External lifestyle factors

Any testimonials shared represent individual experiences and are not guarantees.

4. Coaching Services

1:1 coaching is educational and strategic in nature. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis care.

You agree that:

  • You are mentally and emotionally stable to participate.

  • You will seek appropriate medical or psychiatric care when needed.

  • Coaching is not a substitute for emergency services.

If you are in crisis, contact 911 or your local emergency services.

5. Deep Dive / Case Review

The $500 Deep Dive Case Review is:

  • A comprehensive educational review of your history and labs

  • A strategic interpretation session

  • A roadmap-building experience

It is not medical treatment and does not include:

  • Prescriptions

  • Ongoing clinical management

  • Direct medical supervision

Payment for the Deep Dive may be credited toward enrollment in a qualifying program if stated at time of purchase. Credits are non-transferable and time-limited.

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Deep Dive sessions are non-refundable once scheduled.

  • Digital products are non-refundable due to immediate access.

  • Coaching programs follow the refund terms stated in the signed agreement.

Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may be forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within programs is protected intellectual property, including but not limited to:

  • PDFs

  • Course materials

  • Lab interpretation frameworks

  • Videos

  • Written content

  • Branding and methodology

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Share

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Teach

  • Resell

any materials without written permission.

Purchasing content grants you personal-use access only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Trish Schneider and affiliated entities shall not be liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages

  • Health outcomes

  • Loss of income

  • Emotional distress

  • Business losses

  • Decisions made based on information provided

You agree to use all information at your own discretion and risk.

9. Assumption of Risk

By participating in programs or implementing suggestions provided, you acknowledge that:

  • Health interventions carry inherent risks.

  • You voluntarily assume responsibility for your decisions.

  • You release the Company from liability related to those decisions.

10. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Information shared during coaching or educational sessions will be kept confidential unless:

  • Disclosure is required by law

  • You provide written permission

Coaching programs are not covered by HIPAA unless part of a separately established psychiatric care agreement.

11. Technology Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

  • Website outages

  • Payment processor errors

  • Email delivery issues

  • Platform interruptions (Kajabi, Squarespace, etc.)

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that state.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
